About the Job
Responsibilities Include:
- Safe and efficient operation of equipment for building demolition, clearing, foundation excavation, loading truck, installing utilities, and grading.
- Establish grades and slopes from a benchmark using a laser.
- Load trucks to weight depending on soil type and condition.
- Knowledge of shoring and trench safety.
- Install side sewers, drainage, and water utilities.
- Basic understanding of blueprints.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
